This data sheet covers the Requirement of Silicon grease packed in metalised aluminum pouches to be used as installation aid in plastic & rubber insulated cables.

Typical Applications :
This item is normally used as an integral part of heat shrinkable cable jointing & termination kits. The silicone grease is used to smooth out the uneven insulation surface on screened plastic & rubber insulated cables. This finds a very vital role in performing installation process of termninating power cables using heat shrinkable jointing & termination techniques. Apart from this application, silicon grease also find a very vital application in the electrical installation high voltage equipments effectively used as an anti tracking coating on polymeric & porcelain insulations for outdoor applications.
