• Scope: This data sheet covers the requirement of tinned copper braided strip in continuous length.
• Materials: Tinned Copper (Electrolytic Grade)
• Wire Diameter : Our tinned copper braid is easily available in the diameter ranging from 0.05 mm (47 swg) to 0.3 mm (30 swg).
• Typical Applications: The tinned copper braid can be used as continuous current carrying conductors or can be used as earthing-strip. It is available with Copper lug fitted at one side for power cable terminations as per customer satisfactions.

The copper stranded wire is used as flexible jointing wire in electric transmission and distribution appliance (such as volt transformer, electric stove, electric equipment and thyristor etc. it also could be used as grounding wire in electric working.

Technique Performance

• Copper flexible stranded wire is made of super-quality round copper wire or tinning round copper wire , This product has passed tenacity processing, so the complete - product is soft and its outline is beautiful.
• The DC electrical resistivity (20°c) of copper braided wire is lower than 0.01822& .mm2/m., the DC electrical resistivity (20c) of tinning Copper braided wire is lower than 0.0193& .mm2/m.
• The technique standard of this product conforms with GB 12970.2-1991
